The palest hint of a lemony hue, we have spices and herbs to the fore, with a hint of the tropicals; combining mango, passionfruit and a touch of gooseberries. Fresh, elegant and crisp. The texture is soft and gentle, but there is a line of crunchy acidity running the length and a good, lingering finish. A mouthwatering style of Savvy for drinking anytime over the next three years.
