The grapes for Ruffino Aqua di Venus Rosé come from iron-rich vineyards located in the southern Tuscan Maremma area. An eclectic blend of 38% Syrah, 31% Sangiovese and 31% Pinot Grigio, it’s racy and vibrant, with notions of brambly berry, cherry, mineral and garden herbs. Sip with pasta Florentine or a selection of salumi and soft cheeses.
