Description
The Western Cellars Zinfandel is made in Lodi. This famous wine region in California can be found between the Sierra Nevada and San Francisco Bay. The climate is excellent for the Zinfandel grape. Lots of sun and warmth during the day, while the nights are cool and pleasant. This ensures optimal ripening of the grapes, which makes for a delicious glass of wine.
The smoky tones ensure that this wine tastes perfect with grilled meat from the barbecue. But spare ribs or pulled pork also complement the Zinfandel perfectly. Drink this Californian cracker with a nice snack platter with finely sliced charcuterie and nice (smoked) cheeses.
