The Trumpeter Reserve Blend is a well balanced and smooth blend, representing the richness of each varietal. 35% Tempranillo provides ripe black fruit flavours and tannins. 35% Malbec gives the wine rich aromas of cassis and anise, sweet, smooth tannins, and good roundness. The blend is topped off by the Cabernet Sauvignon which offers notes of pepper, complex tannins, good structure, and a long, firm finish.
