Babylonstoren Nebukadnesar Red

Description

Babylonstoren Nebukadnesar is a limited-release, dry red wine from Simonsberg, South Africa. It is a full bodied Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Petit Verdot, Cabernet Franc and Malbec blend with 14.3% abv.

It’s an opulent red with aromas of violets, thyme and cocoa.

On the palate are notes of warm spice, intense blackcurrant jam and an underlying savoury depth of cigar box. Ends with a long, satisfying finish. This will age gracefully!

Pairs beautifully with: Juicy top-side roast beef, rib-eye steak and chips, tomato and Chorizo stew, or enjoy with a vegetable pearl barley casserole and dumplings.
