Description
La Capra Pinotage is presented in the glass in a deep crimson, with smoky notes with wonderful fruit aromas of plums, ripe blackberries and cherries. This red wine impresses on the palate with its subtle roasting aromas, the gentle texture with fine tannins and the animating acidity. Aromas of spices are noticeable in the finish. The grapes for this pure red wine were destemmed and all the berries fermented in stainless steel tanks. After fermentation, the wine matured in American and French oak barrels for about 10-12 months before bottling
