Mud House Single Vineyard Pinot Noir is ruby red in colour with perfumes of freshly crushed wildberries, dark plums, brooding spice and underlying elegant oak nuances. A generous and layered palate is woven with elegant and textured dark fruit tannins and integrated woodspice notes. A backbone of classic Central Otago acidity helps to balance and maintain vibrancy in the finish. Stylish and seductively complex, the wine shows dark cherry, smoked game, olive and floral aromas on the nose. The concentrated palate offers refined mouthfeel combined with juicy fruit intensity, classically structured by fine-grained tannins. Splendidly proportioned and elegant with a lengthy textured finish.
