Description

Grace Wines are a range of Premium Sparkling Wines from South Africa’s traditional Wine growing region of Paarl in the Cape. They are known for their lively bubble and refreshing Green Apple and Pear character.

Grace uses Chenin Blanc as its base, and the flavour comes largely from the Cuvee (first press) of the Grape – the result is a clean, delicate wine, with a gentle fruitiness with a delicate balance of acidity and sweetness. This balanced character is known as “The State of Grace”.

Grapes are specially harvested at night, in cooler conditions, to maintain their freshness. They are cold fermented at low temperatures for 21 days to ensure none of the Grapes’ fruity flavour is lost. We believe in keeping our blends separate to allow their distinctive flavours time to develop to their fullest before marrying into the Grace blend.

Unlike other well-known Sparkling Wines on the market, Grace uses Grape Juice instead of Sugar in its process. A more expensive and better process for a softer, lighter finish.
