Fleurs de Prairie Brut, Cotes de Provence NV is a dry sparkling wine, sourced from hand-selected vineyards some of which have vines that are over 50 years old. Vineyards are situated on hillsides overlooking the Mediterranean Sea with much of Provence’s landscape covered in limestone soil, perfect for growing vines. The wine is a gorgeous brilliant pale yellow. The aromas of the sparkling wine are intriguing offering a mix of wildflowers and summer fruits on the nose. Flavors in the mouth of grapefruit, lemon, and jasmine with a fine length and balance. Fleurs de Prairie Sparkling wine will transport you to the South of France. The wine is presented in a specially embossed bottle.
