A new expression from this famous maison, this Blanc de Blancs vintage champagne draws on grapes from the Grand Cru villages of Mesnil-sur-Oger and Avize, producing a wine full of tension, fruit and lovely complexity. Left for five years on the lees, the wine offers white fruit and sweet floral tones, supported by a lovely fresh minerality, sugared almond and fresh mint. A superb aperitif wine or accompaniment to fresh fish and seafood.
