Description

Auchentoshan’s Springwood expression, which spends its maturation resting in American oak bourbon casks, was released for travel retail. Rich in vanilla and orange, this is a flavoursome Lowland single malt, from a top distillery that triple distils its whisky. Matured in fine North American Bourbon oak casks, Springwood is a nutty, citrusy and endlessly subtle single malt whisky.

Tasting Notes

Colour: Pale barley sugar.

Nose: Citrus and vanilla.

Taste: Lively and warming, with a zesty twist of pink grapefruit.

Finish: Crisp, clean and mouth-watering.
