The Sound is the entry level expression from Isle of Jura’s Travel Retail range, all of which feature whisky finished in casks that previously held Pedro Ximénez sherry of various ages.

This particular single malt was finished in casks that matured 15 year old Pedro Ximénez sherry. Sadly, there isn’t a whisky in the range called The Fury to pair this with.
