Kurayoshi Pure Malt Whisky was aged for over 12 years in ex-bourbon white oak barrels. It is rich and fragrant with a nutty character and bold malt flavors. It is a well-balanced whisky with hints of vanilla, raisin and faint smoke. The light finish is a reminder of Tottori’s pure spring water used during distillation.
These whiskies are made with malts sources from Scotland, then blended with Japanese whisky and volcanic-rock-filtered water

Created in the shadow of Mt Daisen, at the Matsui Distillery, the Kurayoshi Pure Malt benefits from the mountain’s crystal clear waters and the distillery’s 108 years of production experience to craft a superb Japanese whisky.
