This exceptional single malt right here is a 21 year old expression from the Dalmore Distillery. It was aged initially in American white oak casks, before enjoying a finishing period in Matusalem Oloroso sherry casks, helping to bring forward all those dried fruit and festive spice notes that we know and love from Dalmore.
