The agave is baked in small brick ovens for 79 hours and is then pressed by a two-ton volcanic stone tahona wheel. Crystal clear color. Fresh citrus aroma. Flavors are earthy & sweet with notes of black pepper, cooked agave & citrus. The finish is complex.
