  • 100% NATURAL FERMENTATION – unlike most tequilas, we don’t add yeast during the fermentation process. Instead, airborne yeasts from our surrounding fruit trees enter the tanks and convert the sugars into alcohol naturally.
  • SWEET, CITRUSY AND PEPPERY NOTES – the natural fermentation adds a bright, citrus and herbal undertones to our liquid, making it a great drink accompaniment to food and spicy Mexican dishes.
