- Fantastic Don Julio Blanco Tequila from Don Julio, who have been distilling Tequila since 1942. This Tequila is made with 100% Jalisco highland-grown blue weber agave, allowed to grow to full maturity – between 7 and 10 years old. Jalisco has a rich soil that produces a sweeter, more flavoursome plant. This allows the drinker to enjoy the full flavour of agave. Completely unaged, this is bottled almost immediately after distillation (the only separating period is the process of diluting) ensuring the purest taste of agave possible. Makes an incredible margarita, but also delicious when mixed with grapefruit soda.

Clear. Soft perfume, lilac, anise, and mineral/slate nose. Tight, firm texture. Medium-bodied. Fairly bold palate with a grappa-like character of stone, aromatics, and spice. Very concentrated, with good depth and a mild dose of heat to build intensity.
