Kensington London dry gin is a dry gin produced in South Africa. It belongs to Kensington family and distilled by the Kensington Distillers. This gin is made with 15 botanicals; almonds from Spain, Angelica root from Portugal, cardamom seed from France, cassia bark from Asia. Cinnamon from Sri Lanka, coriander seed from France, cubeb berries from Pacific Rim, juniper berries from Tuscany, lemon peel from Spam, liquorice root from Mediterranean, nutmeg from west Indies, orange peel from Spain and orris root from Italy. This brandy is aged in American oak barrels, which come from Kentucky, stepped in history and flavor. The dry gin is bottled at 43% alcohol by volume.

Appearance

The gin is color white with reflections and almost pure straw yellow in the color.

Aromas

On the nose is a sweet citrus (lemon) and perfumed aroma with hints of pine(juniper), spice and smokiness.

Palate

On the palate this medium bodied spirit with a little oiliness has a fruity sweet citrus lemon taste, which develops into juniper drying warm spice flavor.

Finish

Offers a silky dry finish with only a light oaky smokiness.

        Ingredients

• 1 part of gin
• 3 parts of tonic
• Ice cubes

Instructions

• Use big ice and pre-cool your glass
• Remove water from melted ice cubes
• Pour the gin in your glass
• Slowly pour the tonic in your glass and stir gently
